Generally flat ride from SUNY Farmingdale to Seaford Hot Bagels. The route includes 2.7 miles on the Bethpage Bikeway on the return trip. NOTE 9 AM START TIME. NOTE ALSO: This ride, and all my rides, require a minimum of three registrants (including myself). If we don‘t have a group of 3 by 11 pm Friday, the ride will be canceled.
