Flat ride (although there are inclines) to Belmont Lake and back
21 mile flat ride from SUNY Farmingdale to Belmont Lake and Argyle Lake, stopping for bagels and/or donuts at Railroad Bagel Express and/or Doughology (amazing donuts...but can we ride another 10 miles thereafter?) Note 9 am start time!
Syosset Train Station to Kings Point, then Sands Point and back
Short ride but hilly on the way out. We can add in a San Remo 5 mile loop after reaching the Bluff.

The Bloomin‘ Metric® is a bike tour event for every type of rider from the novice to advanced cyclist. We offer four routes that travel along stunning beaches and through the classic New England countryside of Connecticut. The Bloomin‘ has such a rich history and it‘s that story that makes the Sound Cyclists Bicycle Club so successful to this day.

The Ride for Mental Health is one of the first rides in the country to benefit mental health. The proceeds raised will be donated to McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, for the education, research and treatment of mental illness including anxiety, borderline personality disorder, depression, eating disorders and substance abuse.
