Flat ride (although there are inclines) to Belmont Lake and back
21 mile flat ride from SUNY Farmingdale to Belmont Lake and Argyle Lake, stopping for bagels and/or donuts at Railroad Bagel Express and/or Doughology (amazing donuts...but can we ride another 10 miles thereafter?) Note 9 am start time!
Syosset Train Station to Kings Point, then Sands Point and back
Short ride but hilly on the way out. We can add in a San Remo 5 mile loop after reaching the Bluff.
Out by way of Glen Head with short stop at beach.

Manorville to North Fork. riding on Saturday since Sunday is mothers day. Manorville, pass the Buffalo, ride to the North Fork, see the Peconic, and Long Island sound. see the LLama‘s, Briemiere stop. hope the line is not too long. Its worth it
Relatively flat ride out to St. James via the southern route. Stop at the Bakery by the train station.
20 mile flat ride from SUNY Farmingdale to Bergen Point. Stopping for rest and deli breakfast at Bergen Point. NOTE 9 AM START TIME!
Mother‘s Day Ride to Timber Point and Hecksher Park
This is a C ride to Kings Park with a 2-mile add-on. The ride is mostly flat, with a few minor hills. Travel speed on the flats is 11-12mph.
Roslyn Out by way of Glen Head with short stop at beach.
Relatively flat ride to Sayville. We don‘t want to be too tired for the Bloomin‘ Metric on Sunday.

We offer four routes that travel along stunning beaches and through the classic New England countryside of Connecticut. The Bloomin‘ has such a rich history and it‘s that story that makes the Sound Cyclists Bicycle Club so successful to this day.
